We Do Not Accept: Checks • Gift Cards • American Express Cards

We Accept: ATM/Debit and Credit Cards accepted.

*ID Requirement: Government-issued ID required for ALL credit card purchases. A picture on the card is not considered a government-issued state ID.

Stylist Discount

Stylists must present their own cosmetology license to receive a discount for 10% on non-sale items only.

Final Sale Items

The following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • • All wigs (half wigs, full wigs, lace fronts)
  • • Half bundles of hair (pieces of hair)
  • • Pony tails
  • • Accessories & jewelry
  • • All clothing apparel (undergarments, lingerie, shirts, shorts, hosiery, shapewear, pants)
  • • Cosmetics
  • • All sale items

Code of Conduct

  • Management is not responsible for performance of products.
  • All children must be in the custody of a parent/guardian at all times. Any and all damaged products must be paid in full by the parent/guardian.
  • Always ask for assistance when opening any product or hair packaging.
  • Please leave all large bags at the register while shopping.
  • Sale items are not eligible for discounts.
  • Coupons and discounts may not be combined.
  • Shoplifters will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

Returns & Exchanges

No Refunds:
Store credit or exchanges only for allowed products with a receipt. No exceptions.

7-Day Window:
All exchanges or store credit must be made within 7 days from the date of purchase.

Original Condition:
Items must be in the condition they were in when purchased. Hair must have all bands/tags intact.

Defective Appliances:
Defective electric appliances are covered in-store for 14 days for exchange or store credit only. Refer to manufacturer warranty after 14 days.

Damaged Merchandise:
Merchandise broken by a customer will be paid in full by the customer.
